We are well over 2 years since the Colorado Springs Velodrome has closed to the public.  In that time we have received virtually no communication to community members and what little communication we have had was nothing more than lies to keep us quiet.  These shirts might not change the situation at the track but since we can’t ride the track anyways we had some free time on our hands.
